ROTORBASE is located in Europe (Germany). It is designed to provide assistance and services to experimental or amateur aircraft builders as well as the necessary aircraft N-Registration procedures under FAA (Federal Aviation Administration). We also provide practical training services to A&P mechanics under FAA Regulations (Advisory Circular 43.13-1B) and will help you to pass your FAA and A&P exam.
